EvtLogd and Surveillance taking all CPU power

Hi
I have already opened a case with QNAP but it seems that even after 4 months they do NOT have a solution to problem.
Case is:
5 cams Connected to a TS-269 Pro 3GB RAM and with 2 WD disks striped to 12 TB
The NAS is NOT doing much apart from the Surveillance and sometimes a bit of Plex.
When SS is turned on rapidly the CPU load increases to 95-98% due to the evtLogd. When I turn SS off the load again drops to normal some where between 5-20%.
Now QNAP has been on it, but White they where allowed in on the NAS they suddenly tolk over control and didn't allow me to control My Owen NAS from the distance/Web.
Have any of you here Got any ideas?
